A 4 week training program fully tailored to you and updated weekly with progression based on your goals and progress.
We assess your movement competency to incorporate corrective and functional exercises into your programme.
Send videos of your key lifts to your coach to get feedback on your form for squats, deadlifts, pull-ups, etc.
Weekly check-ins to discuss your feedback and progressions for the following week. Your training program will be fully explained as you go along and you will learn how to train effectively with correct technique.
