Firstly - high quality programming that really drive results.
Most people fall off their gym plans because 1. They find it boring and 2. Not getting results.
That's why FUN and ENJOYMENT are the centre piece of every programme I write. The best training plan is the one that you will stick to, and if you're sacrificing your time to be in the gym you might as well enjoy it right?
Also if you don't see progress week on week, you're less likely to keep going. That's why my programmes focus on CHALLENGING you week on week to hit those PBs, whether that be in volume or weight . Success breeds success!
Secondly, I've been in this game for some time...
I’ve trained clients privately 1-2-1 for over 15 years, most of which have been with me for many years. My clients range from young athletes, executives of the biggest businesses in the world, and most importantly women who want to become the strongest version of themselves.
Thirdly, I actually have the credentials
Here's the nerdy part...I'm a qualified personal trainer with a MSc in Strength and Conditioning and BSc in Sports Therapy.
You wouldn’t want to get surgery done by someone who hasn’t gone to medical school right? So why would you hire a strength coach that hasn’t got the qualifications?
Finally, I'm more than just a PT...
In my spare time, I’ve played rugby for 10 years, most recently playing for London Broncos who are Super League South Champions. I pride myself in applying the lessons of highly competitive sport into my clients training.
